Workshops:  'Healing with Sound and Hypnotherapy'

 This workshop will take place on Sunday 4th March 2012 at the Friends Meeting House, 27 Ashgate Road, Chesterfield,S40 4AG,  from 3 p.m - 6 p.m.  Steph Futcher and I will be jointly running it.  Here is the programme:

• Gong Bath with Linda
• Creating a safe place in your imagination with Steph
• SHORT BREAK
• Relaxation using hypnotherapy with Steph leading to a Sanskrit sounds meditation with Linda
• Ground, send out energy
• Share
