Due to popularity there is another 'Healing with Sound and Hypnotherapy' workshop

This workshop will take place on Sunday 13th May 2012 at the Friends Meeting House, 27 Ashgate Road, Chesterfield,S40 4AG, from 3 p.m - 6 p.m. Steph Futcher and I will be jointly running it. Here is the rough programme - it may change:

• Gong Bath with Linda
• Creating a safe place in your imagination with Steph
• SHORT BREAK
• Relaxation using hypnotherapy with Steph leading to a Sanskrit sounds meditation with Linda
• Ground, send out energy
• Share
