Soundart is...                                                  

A journey exploring the combination of art therapy and sound healing.  It is a different experience and outcome for everyone.  As a basis for the work I try to provide a safe space - emotionally, psychologically and physically.  The space is then used for art making, sound and anything inbetween.  It's very much a personal exploration with the intention that it is healing, psychotherapeutic and creative.

The photo above is of me playing my 38" Symphonic Paiste Gong.  It is a stunning instrument and I use it in most of my workshops to give the participants a 'gong bath'.  It is called a 'bath' not because you take off your clothes but because the sound bathes all of you inside and out!  I love the gong because it's sounds are so rich but I love all instruments because they each have something to offer.  Each one of us is such a diverse being that is continually changing so each unique sound can offer it's own healing and will touch everyone in a different way. 

However many options or ideas you find on this website there are probably a million more at least.  If you have any ideas of something you might like using art and/or sound that aren't here, please let me know and I am sure we'll find something that's right for you. You can utilise any of my skills - teaching, sound healing, spiritual healing, spiritualist awareness development, art therapy, meditation.... holistically or separately, the choice is yours.
